1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to follow these rules. You are responsible for ensuring that all the information you provide for your biodata is accurate and lawful.
2. Free and Paid Downloads
The editor and standard download are free for personal use. Premium download is an optional one-time ₹59 purchase. The price, watermark, branding and quality are shown before payment. A paid purchase applies only to the selected template and can be downloaded again on the same device for 24 hours.
The ₹99 AI Import Bundle is a separate one-time purchase. It includes AI Autofill and secure Premium downloads across all available templates for 24 hours on the same device. It is not a subscription.
Commercial use, such as charging others for biodatas created using these templates, is prohibited without written permission from Nova.
3. Payment, Delivery and Refunds
Payments are processed by Razorpay. A purchase is complete only after Razorpay confirms that the payment was captured and ShaadiBiodata.in verifies it. Keep your Razorpay payment ID because it can restore an active purchase without an account.
The main delivery method is a browser download. Email delivery, when offered, is optional and does not replace the browser download. If a captured payment does not unlock the paid export, contact us with the payment ID within seven days. After verification, we will restore access or issue a full refund. Refund timing after approval is controlled by Razorpay and your bank.
4. Prohibited Activities
To keep the community safe, you agree NOT to:
- Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- Attempt to disrupt the security or performance of the website.
- Use the website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Upload files containing viruses or any harmful code.
- Upload another person's biodata without permission to process its personal information.
5. Intellectual Property
The designs, code, and content of this website belong to ShaadiBiodata.in. While you own the data you enter, ShaadiBiodata.in owns the template designs and software used to generate them.
6. Disclaimer
This service is provided "as is" without any guarantees. ShaadiBiodata.in cannot promise that it will always be available or free from errors.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
