The most important part of this policy is that your biodata fields and uploaded photo are never written to our database or file storage.

When you fill out the biodata form, the information stays in your browser. Your draft, including an uploaded photo, is stored only on this device so you can refresh or return without losing work. It expires automatically after 30 days, and you can delete it immediately with the Clear Form button.

When you request a Premium PDF, JPEG or share file, the fields and photo required for that file are sent over HTTPS to our server after purchase verification. They are held only in memory while the file is rendered, are not logged or stored, and are discarded when the response completes. Free previews and Free downloads continue to be generated in your browser.

If you enter an email address and request paid email delivery, the finished file is transmitted only for delivery through our email provider. ShaadiBiodata.in does not save the attachment after that request.

To provide the service, we only interact with the information you explicitly provide:

• Personal Details: Name, age, height, education, etc.
• Family Information: Parents' names, siblings, and traditions.
• Images: Photos you upload for the biodata design.

This data is used exclusively to generate your PDF or JPEG file.

If you choose AI Autofill, the old biodata text and up to four rendered pages are sent to DeepSeek solely to extract details into the current form. The uploaded file is not saved by ShaadiBiodata.in. AI Autofill is optional, and you should review every imported detail before downloading.

If you send feedback or contact us, we store the name, email address, rating, message and any publication permission you submit so we can respond and improve the service. New feedback records are automatically deleted after 180 days unless they are removed sooner.

Google AdSense may be used on informational articles to support the free service. Ads are not shown inside the builder, template selector, download flow, checkout, or this privacy page.

• You can opt-out of personalized advertising in your Google account settings.
• We do not share your form data with any advertisers.

Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Vercel Analytics are enabled to measure aggregate site performance, page views, and user flows. We do not track or send any sensitive or personal information: analytics events never include names, contact numbers, email addresses, uploaded photos, religion, caste, family details, or biodata text.

Paid downloads are processed by Razorpay. We keep transaction identifiers, the purchased download plan and payment status so purchases can be verified and restored. We do not receive or store your card, bank or UPI credentials.

Premium files are rendered on our application server only after a valid purchase entitlement is confirmed. The rendering request is rate-limited, cannot be cached, and is not retained after the completed PDF or JPEG is returned to your browser.

Email delivery is optional and appears only when the feature is enabled. The email address and finished file are sent to the delivery provider solely to complete your request. They are never sold or added to a marketing list.

DeepSeek is the external AI processor used only when you request AI Autofill. Do not upload an old biodata unless you have permission to process the personal information it contains.
