Make the wording sound like you

Before adding a sentence, ask: would I say this when meeting someone in person? If the answer is no, simplify it.

Instead of this:

I am a simple, honest and caring person with strong values.

Try this:

My family would describe me as calm and dependable. I enjoy cooking on weekends and make time for regular calls with relatives who live in another city.

The second version gives the reader something real to understand and discuss.

What to leave out of an early biodata

Avoid exact home addresses, identity documents, bank details, passwords, or information about another person that they have not agreed to share. A photo is optional. If you include one, use a recent image that you approve for circulation.

You can keep salary, medical, and detailed family information for later conversations if that feels more appropriate for you.
